Second report--How Tabasco is Made

When Tabasco is made, there is a lot of steps. The first step is to gather all the ripe peppers and ship them to the factory.

The second step is to put peppers in a bin that has a big blade to chop them up and leave the peppers for a month.

The third step is to put the choped up peppers in a barrels with salt and vinegar.

They mix it up for 28 days. The fourth step the barrels get covered in salt and the mush sits for three years.

The fifth step is to put the Tabasco into a vat and then it goes into the bottles. The bottle tops get screwed on by a machine. It looks like an assembly line of marching bottles. And last, but not least, the bottles get packed into all sorts of big and small boxes.
